I would love any and all plots between Mond and your characters because I honestly adore them already.
With Katerina I could see them getting along. Mond is the type who has no reservations when it comes to personal inquiries, whether of himself or others. So she might find him a bit intrusive, even if most of it is in honest curiosity and fun. He also has some obsessive tendencies in that whatever he finds interesting will hold his attention sometimes to the point it gets a bit domineering and excessive. But he is, generally, friendly and approachable. I could see him finding her extremely interesting and enticing, and her being stubborn will probably just intrigue him more. His determination isn't thwarted by moodiness. hah. Could be interesting.
As for Spyros I'm definitely imagining them perhaps being friends with a rivalry in the mix. Mond would appreciate his adventurous flare and the fact he is full of life. They could rub shoulders sometimes and spar or have little spats, because they are both dominant in nature. They also seem to both be ambitious. Spy wants a herd some day, so does Mond. They could relate over that, in some sense.
Just ideas. Feel free to add or take away.

Ra'avis and Kat may get along, especially since both quite positive and amiable. Maybe we can thread them and see what goes from there?

MOND && KAT i can definitely see a friendship between these two. while kat is a bit on the secluded side and doesn't like to open herself out, there is a chance that maybe mond would be one of those horses that she can get close to and be able to trust. every horse, even the most reserved, are going to need to vent and clear their minds at some point. she might be a bit touchy with his demanding and dominance, but she has two years on him and has seen her share of pushy stallions - and yet she is still a loner. i can definitely see them bonding and as long as that works out, she will follow him to the end of the earths with her loyalty! 
MOND && SPYi really love the idea of these two! spy is still so young and naive, being with an older, more experienced horse could really teach him the life of a stallion. right now, he is just a bundle of energy that will breed, bond, and then leave everything behind him. because they both want herds, i can even see them forming a small band of bachelors with them on top. think of it as a mentor and apprentice, yet glued at the hip kind of partnership. they can argue over their dominance when spy gets too bid for his britches - which he does a lot cause he respects no authority - and then mond could put him back in his place.
i'm truly excited for both of these. do you want to do them together - like i start one, you start one - or do you want to do them one at a time?  i'm fine with either!

RA'AVIS && KAT personality wise, these two have a lot in common. firstly, she is going to be very interested in his body and the fact that he has no mane/crest. that is something she has not seen in her several years. because they are both secluded in their own ways and slow to trusting, it could be a good and patient journey as long as vis would be willing to take it on. if he gets too bold on her during the seasons or anything like that, she will be quick to push him off. but, she is a very loyal and devoted horse, so, like with mond, if he shows her she can trust him and that he will have her back, she will be glued to him. i would love to see how they plot.
would you mind starting something for them? i'm still a bit new with the lands and not sure where to place it.

The maneless thing will be hard for him to explain, that's for sure. And journey? 110% ready!
Vis is not pushy exactly, but, when he does flirt, it is harmless.
I can certainly get something up a little later tonight. What about Ethereal Sands in the West or Coral Channel in the Islands?

Yes, yes, yes! Ahhh I love both of these plots already. Also the eventual bachelor group sounds awesome to me!
I can definitely start the the Mond/Kat if you start the Mond/Spy one. Where would you prefer for them? I always had an affection for Western regions. hah
